20.12.2011: To Its Beginning To Its End
To Its Beginning To Its End is an exhibition which will take place inside the non-profit art space, Adiacenze in Bologna, Italy. Curated by Elisabetta Modena and Marco Scotti, this project is the collaboration of two artists, Chiara Forti (visual) and Alessio Ballerini (sound), to conjure up in four episodes, one for each room inside the gallery, a sequence of installations and soundscapes around the themes of nature, transformation, mutations, different kinds of variations and rites.
The title itself is a quotation from four Samuel Beckett lyrics, which will guide the spectator inside the spaces.
The opening will be on Friday, the 27th of January, with an exclusive sound performance by Alessio Ballerini in the courtyard of the gallery.
25.12.2011: “Un’opera per il Castello 2011”
Si è conclusa la fase di valutazione dei 112 progetti dei giovani artisti ammessi alla prima edizione del Concorso “un’Opera per il Castello”.
Alessio Ballerini e Pietro Riparbelli sono tra i 10 finalisti con il progetto "Castle Sound".
